For customer satisfaction and convenience, Omniley maintains a returns, refund and exchange policy. The important features of our policy are:
Eligibility Criteria
• Unopened and unused hair extensions can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receiving the shipment. No return will be entertained after the prescribed period.
• The buyer will bear the cost of return, unless the product delivered from our end is faulty.
• The hair extensions have to be returned in their original packing.
• There is no refund on opened and used hair extensions as used hair extensions cannot be used for sale again. We take hygiene very seriously and therefore a hygiene product such as human hair extensions cannot be resold if used and tampered with at this time.
• The product can also be exchanged for a different color/style provided that the packaging seal has not been broken.
• There are no returns and refunds for custom orders.
• Return and refund requires the return of any promotional items that have been included in the package at the time of purchase in order to get a full refund.
• In case of a defected product, please send a photo of the product with defect along with a description, so that your issue can be resolved immediately to [email protected].
How to Return an Item?
• You have to notify before shipping the product for return and refund.
• For that purpose, you need to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) http://bit.ly/ReturnRequest within two calendar days of receiving the order. No requests shall be entertained without the RMA and if accepted, your account will be credited with store balance equivalent to the product amount within 7 business days from receipt of unaltered merchandise.
• A return address will be provided to you once you contact our customer service department for return and refund.
• 100% store credit refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be provided once the hair extensions have reached the return address and it is confirmed that the product was not opened, worn and tampered with within 7 business days of receipt.
Store Credit
• Store Credit option is available at Omniley whereby the amount of refund will be issued to your account. You can use this amount to make a repurchase as per your convenience. However, store credit is only applicable once the return and refund procedure has been completed and the amount has been issued to your account.
Responsibilities
• We will not be responsible for lost returns and refunds are not offered for products that are sent without a tracking number.
