Be advised that our shipping and delivery policy is subject to change without any prior notice. By purchasing from us you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us in case of any loss/damage to the product as we use third party shipping/delivery services.
Our shipping and delivery policy is listed below:
Omniley ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. When you place the order, for stock items it may take up to 2 business days for processing, after which you will be provided a tracking link for your shipment. If item is not in stock please allow up to 14 business days for order processing. All the shipments are made from our warehouse in the United States. Omniley will not be responsible for any delays due to the customs or the negligence of the local courier services once that have accepted package.
We offer free USPS Priority mail shipping within the US continental states. Other shipping costs are decided by the courier services based on the dimensions and weight of the products. We are not responsible for ensuring deliveries/shipping on Saturdays even on express orders because it is up to the courier service to ship the products. We do not provide same-day deliveries, because of the processing time to ensure that there are no mishaps.
Your order is shipped with shipping insurance at no extra cost, which will make the courier service liable for any damages to the product. In the event a shipping claim has to be filed; it will adhere to the time frame and guidelines of the courier.
Note that all the express shipping fee and third-party service fee are non-refundable in all cases. The wrong addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer only and the company takes no responsibility for the shipment in such cases. If the product the shipped back by the courier service in the same condition as shipped in the first place, you will be issued a store credit minus the shipping fee. You may be asked to sign upon receiving the shipment, however, it is solely up to the mail service provider.
You will receive two emails regarding your delivery, one at the time of checkout, and the other when the item has been shipped from our warehouse. It will include a tracking link using which you can track your product. If you feel there’s an issue with the tracking code, please inform us at the earliest at [email protected]
Note that the company will not be liable to pay any taxes applicable to the shipment depending on your location. We ship duties and taxes unpaid products, any duties or taxes are paid, for the time being, by the courier service, which you are bound to pay back upon receiving the item. We reserve the right to confirm that the person receiving the order is the same who purchased it in the first place.
